Strange things to happen During the Transfer period.

Hey guys. Feel free to post your experiences during the transfer period. Im going to start with mine between 2011-2012 in the first season offl my career.
One of the strong sprinters went to Farnese Vini but returned cause they arent in the Cya Top Tour division.
-Denis Menchov, age 33 with 77Mountains, was unsigned and has no contract this season.
-Jurgen van den Brouck- age 29 with 78 climbing, was uncontracted and has no contract this season. Definiteoy my target for this season transfer period.
It interests me as to why Geox wouldnt resign their best rider and why omega pharma wouldnt resign their best grand tour rider and climber.
