Editing the budget

hello all I want to ask how do I change the budget of my team? Im in 2015 and signed new sponsor but didnt get any $ from it, it says that my sponsor revenue is 0. So how do I change my budget?

This has been discussed before, did you try the forum search. I am sure I have answered this a year ago but I don't feel like writing it all over again.
