Custom kit not showing in game?

It is all the correct format, I triple checked that.

"Pro Cycling Manager 2013/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team/xxx/xxx_maillot.png

Jakstar even pacaged everything in 1 file. All you had to do was switch the XXX to a number and put the whole file into the game. I did that, and put it all in a new folder to be sure.

And it isnt showing up. The files are all correct png. The location should be correct also. Could it be the numbers I used? I just changed XXX to 123.

Any ideas?
