Hello i can't play pcm 13 anymore because when i click play then i have pcm error. like that:
The application is already running. Unable to run the second instance of the application.
To obtain an error report and send it to product technical support, press the corresponding button.

Do you know what i have to do because on this moment i can't play anymore ): .
Please help me!!!

Sometimes I got that problem too..if you have steam version try restart steam or simply restart your computer.It works every time

It means don't double-click Play, and only open PCM13 once.
