Duplicate emails in game.....

In the 4th season, after switching from May to June 1 2016, I started getting duplicate emails, emails with the wrog name of racer in the headers, and emails for riders from other teams requesting contract negotiatios to stay with my team.
Also when I got the results email for Vuelta it was all messes up.


Is this something that will correct itself at some point, or am I screwed? I reinstalled weekly saves several times, and it always does this.
