So i haven't been able to find a thread about this using the search function so i'm just gonna ask. When i'm joining a game sometimes the race never starts for me and the peloton is just standing still. If i make it past the start then 1/4 into the stage i'm not able to make my guys relay, get water, attack etc.
Is there any way to fix it then let me know
Thanks.

There is a rather simple solution: get faster internet. There shouldn't be an issue of that kind.

My internet is just fine +10 upload and download speed and 11 ping... That shouldn't be the problem. |

Then there must be something wrong in the game!
Now, on a more serious note, I don't know what the issue could be, as I don't believe this problem has ever happened before. Perhaps, the ports aren't open, or something is wrong with your Firewall that is preventing PCM from communicating with the router.

How can you open your ports? |

In a simple description(W7):
STEP 1: Open Windows Firewall, under Control Panel.
STEP 2: Click "Advanced Settings" in the sidebar.
STEP 3: Goto "Inbound Rules".
STEP 4: Find "ProCyclingManager", and click on it.
STEP 5: Select "Properties" in the right sidebar. Under the "Protocols and Ports" tab, select Specific Ports for both selections, and enter the port numbers required.
STEP 6: Repeat this for the other PCM selection, and then repeat under the "Outbound Rules".
If this doesn't work, I'll post more.

STEP 7: Connect your router directly to your computer via Ethernet cable.
STEP 8: Find your router's default IP, and enter it into the address bar in IE or Google Chrome. (This DOES NOT work in Firefox or other browsers!)
STEP 9: Find your Port Openings for your router, and specifically enter ALL ports you need to play multiplayer.
STEP 10: Save your router settings.
