Hello! I already opened the ports but I still have the mesage and the problem. How can I solve the problem?

i wouldn't be too worried because that has happened to me. If you're sure your ports are open it's just a matter of Cyanide servers. But i've played with the lousiest Internet connection that can be and despite that message was shown i still managed to play! Describe more of your problem if you still have one
