Adding a stage in PCM 13

Hey, I'm having problems adding my stage to my database in pcm2013, I used to just do it with the standard database editor that comes with the game, but they removed the stage section there. I found the pcm guide to adding your stage in the pcm12 section, but it doesn't seem to work for me on pcm2013. Can anyone help me with how I should add my own stages in PCM13?
