What's the best database to use that have the original stats eg. Sagan's 79 speed and 85 acceleration and yet have the right BMC and that other teams' shirt and the updated belkin kit, also with the new equipment so you don't have to buy equipment.

None, I guess.
Every DB with extra features like equipment also got modified stats.
The Cyanide stats are bad, that's why...
