This is how you start my editor:
1. Go into the extracted folder
2. Double click on LachisEditor

This is how you edit:
1. Click the star
2. Click "extract cdb"
3. select your save *
4. do the editing
5. click the star
6. Click "export to cdb"
7. Give a file name and save in the save game folder
* If I remember correctly, the saves are here: my documents\pcm11\users\your name\database\solo\name of DB\

You can then select and load the newly created file in the game
