Crash at end of 3D race (always)

Amateur Posts: 1 Joined: 31-07-2013 PCM$: 200.00	Hi, Every time I play a race in 3D mode, it crashes at the end of the race when I click to go to the results. Or actually it doesn't crash, it just freezes. The race up to there just works fine. I already updated my graphics card (AMD Radeon HD 6450M), that didn't help. Does anyone have an idea why this happens?

Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8360 Joined: 29-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	This has been discussed before but I cannot remember what it caused or if there was a solution for it. But beside searching this forum you can lower the graphic options in the game.
