You have to uninstall and then re-install PCM to get rid of it.
But re-installing it just works.
Better, you can just use the local.cdb placed in (...)/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013/PCMdaily DB Backup,
and place it in My docs/Pro Cycling Manager 2013.
Then it'll work again, I think
