what month are you in?
and a surefire way is to fire some coaches, especially the ones that are given to you by default (and a physio too, unless riders get injured, he's just a wage-sucker) |

Open your game with an advanced editor(e.g. Lachi's) and edit Dyn_sponsor (Gene_i_sponsor_budget) or Dyn_finance

Try Dyn_sponsor, then you get a higher monthly budget.
Just change the value gene_i_sponsor_budget to the (yearly(so x12)) budget you wish.

But these one's are: gene_i_contratct and value_i_budget and value_i_year_max |

Another solution open GAM_career_data..edit finan_i_solde just put how much money you need in that column. |

But when i started my career i saw that it wasn't changed
