New Historical DB project: DB 1985

This DB will have:

- All 1985 professional teams and riders
- Some amateur teams and riders
- Young talents
- correct shirts
- correct photos
- year's calendar and stages (if we find it!)
- 1 background
- world and national champion shirts
- leader's shirts
- main races startlists
- SuperPrestige instead ProTour
- some riders' real faces
- real material like helmets, caps ...
- some comments
