do you use special tools to set goals to your riders ??

Because this is very hard for me and i don't know where to start

please help Sad

I think you speak about the objectives, see second part of image below.

As far I understood, you should do it like this:
1. Assign the objectives (see second part of the image below)
2. Assign riders to the races (Schedules, see first part of the image)

But I do it like this:
1. Assign the riders to the races
2. Write down the important races + which rider can perform well in them
3. Assign the objectives

But no matter what you do, the riders might not be happy with their objectives. This can be ignored according to other forum members. (This matter has been discussed before, so try the forum search to find more info.)
