When i start up my brand new PCM 13, the only thing i get is a blue screen, after the intros. Anyone of you guys there been having this kind off problem before?
It could be related to your screen or graphics card. Are you sure that your computer matches at least minimum system requirements of the game? Also make sure that the latest patch of the game is installed.
I am not sure what you mean with "blue screen" because in Windows a blue screen normally means a crash. But if windows is still running and only the game is causing trouble then try to change the game resolution in the file Options.xml. You can find it in the PCM 2013 folder in %appdata%. Open it with a text editor and change the numbers in Option_HW_ResolutionWidth and Option_HW_ResolutionHeight to match your actual screen. (You might also change Option_HW_FullScreen to 1)

Arh okay, i will try that!
But i dont think that's the problem. I have played PCM13 before, and then i installed a database afterwards, and since that, it haven't worked out for me. Could that possibly have anything to do with eachother?
(By the way, i play PCM over Steam, if that could be any help (?) )
First you said "brand new", then you said you played before and the problem only came after installing of a DB. It is hard to help you, if you don't describe your problem.
But my best guess would be to re-install the game.
