CAN ANYONE HELP???

Amateur Posts: 9 Joined: 16-07-2013 PCM$: 200.00	I have created a team using fast editor called Citigroup Racing Team (abbreviation= crt). I made the jersey_sz_abbreviation called crt and labelled my logo/minishirt/minilogo crt. However, when i go to select my costom team in the carerrs menu--my teams minishirt and logo comes up as a pink square. I know that the pink square means that it cannot find the file--but why can it not???? Cheers for any help
