Does anybody have a solution to the problem?

KML files don't like the stage editor, but the GPX probably doesn't have the necessary .dem files for the import. I'm working with Cyanide to fix this.

Eventually the files or the path is not named correctly.
Try to call the file test and place it on the desktop.
The editor won`t recognize special symbols like `,°,*,+ in name or path. |

.dem files and symbols aren't the problem
when I press the button "Read the bounds from gpx/xml file" and I open some file, its name, longitude and latitude aren't showed in editor.
Stage editor always open the same terrain, if i create from Elevation Data |

Did you try to rename it test and place it on the desktop?
I once had the exact same problem and this worked then.
Another thing you could try is open the gpx/kml on www.bikeroutetoas... and save it again there. Then load it in the editor.
Some gpx files that are saved on other sites won`t work as well. |

Actually this file works perfectly for me.
Did you also go to "Top View", then on the right into the 2nd menu and load the GPX there again?
Then you see the route on the top view map, where you can start to create the roads. |
