Retrieving an account. HELP!

I am wondering, how do i retrieve my account ?
When i click Retrieve an account(or something, i'm norwegian so i have it installed in norwegian) and when i type in the game-key nothing happens. It says "waiting for connection", and then a grey strip comes but there is no text, or my account name or anything.
There is nothing to click on, so i cannot click next or go forward.
How do i solve this ?
And even if i try to make a new account to see if that helps, it says my email-adress contains illegal symbols..
I've had both 11, 12 and now 13.

Had the same problem last year, but i dont remember how i solved it.
Think its weird that they dont fix it from one year to another when they know people are having problems with it. I saw several people had the same issue last year, but i dont see any forum-thread about it this year.

Anyone, please help me! I love PCM, and really wanna play ASAP..

If it is about single player, just create a new account using the same credentials.
