how to get a user to be activated online?

As the title says, i am looking for how to activate a account, so that it can be used on the internet... My brother has bought the game, but he can´t go online, but offline all works fine.. ??

Nobody can help you if you don't give more info about the problem he has.
Also you could try to find an answer using the forum search if you know what problem he has.

i have tried to look in the forum, without success... his problem is... that he bought the game, made a profile, played single player, now he want to play online, but his account issent activate online, how do i do that?
