how to get a user to be activated online?

Free Agent Posts: 113 Joined: 23-04-2008 PCM$: 200.00	As the title says, i am looking for how to activate a account, so that it can be used on the internet... My brother has bought the game, but he canÂ´t go online, but offline all works fine.. ??
