Could you help me with something? I would like to start a story, but I don't know which team to choose. I would like to be a team that isn't main favourite for big races, but has the ability to win them. Also, a team that has decent classics rider (both cobble and hilly classics), a sprinter and a stage racer. It can be a Protour team, but it doesn't have to.

they have De Gendt as a decent climber and he can be used in the hilly classics, flecha as cobble rider and Boeckmans and Van Hummel for in the sprint

You should only start a story with a team you like, and like to play with. You know who your favorite teams and riders are, and if you use them any story will last longer and be better as a result.
DO NOT start a story with a team you are not sure about. Yes people can make a good suggestion, but always go with what you want!

I was just about to write what the missile said pretty much but it looks like he did it for me...
People who are new to story making +90% of the time struggle to get past the end of the first month, that figure is probably +95% when the story idea is not their own.
Choose a team which you are comfortable with which you like!
