HELP with BERNTH 1996 DB

Hello there.
I need some help improving my DB, I need help with:

1: Adding some isolated building in the Tour de France stages (food men, kilometres gates, sprint gates and mountain gates.)

2: Create xml files with stages variants for Tour de France.

3:Graphical updates
