National champs same day as Tour start

The British and Norwegian champs are on the same day as the Tour start and they appear before the opening stage. The British champs went fine, i could just send Edmondson (managing Sky), but in the Norwegian champs I have to send EBH, which I don't want to. I tried deleting it, but it got all buggy.. What can I do to solve it?
