StageEditor won't start - Steam

Hey folks,

just installed the game via Steam and got a problem already: everything seems to work fine, but for some reason, my SE won't start:

"Failed to Start the Game (Missing Executable)

I see the error "Failed to Start the Game (Missing Executable)" when launching a game through Steam. What can I do?"

It only happens with the SE, so I guess something went wrong during the installation.. my Avira-Antivirus showed a message in the installation also, so maybe the .exe was suspicious and not installed correctly? Anyway, wonder how to solve this? Is there a way to re-install a game via Steam and the original SteamKey? I'm a Steam-noob Wink

(btw, when i try to open the editor outside steam, it says something like "not compatible with the running windows-version.. 64bit.. 32bit.. etc"Wink

In steam there is a function to validate files or so. Did you try that already?
If you can't find help here, then contact steam support.

This actually worked Smile Thanks, Lachi! Probably should have known better, but didn't find out that I could right-click on PCM13 for "options".

Also, a bit off-topic, your support in this Technical issues-forum is great. So thanks in general Wink
