Saving and changing shirt

Hello, I want to start a career with FDJ.fr but i want to use their new shirt, i've used the search function but I didnt find a thread that told me what to do. I've found the new shirt here:

Can someone tell me how to save it and start using it or link me to a thread that tells you?

Hi

Go to the location where you've installed the game, then into \3D\Cyclists\Cloth\Team\fdj\ and replace the file called fdj_maillot.png with the one you found on that page.
