All riders stuck in a car

I have just bought the game, and every time i join a online game all riders are stuck in a car.
I have tried around 10 times now, but it happens every single time.
Today i tried not to quit after i joined a online game, but the riders where stuck until the end. Suddenly the game had finished, and i got my coins.

Hope that someone out there is able to help me, so that i can start to enjoy the game...
