I often play on the highest graphical options but after 50 km, the game slows.
Athough i have a Nvidia graphical card.

Which are the best graphical options for PCM 2012 or how can I prevent that the game doesn't slow.

Its trial and error, try lowering some at a time until you get your smooth gameplay Wink

It could also be caused by the recoding if the replay, so turn that off if you don't need it.
