Manual for PCM fast editor?

Hey, I just bought PCM 13 and I want to transfer some cyclists with the editor. But He always make problem if i'm starting a race.

Is there a good manual of the PCM fast editor to solve this problem?

Did you try the forum search already? That editor was released for PCM 11 and there should be a thread or two about it.
