Crash after podium

Whenever I finish a stage and then the podium, the game crashes. I've found that it saves the result and I can continue playing the same game eg. a stage race, but its ofcourse still very annoying I have to restart the game over and over. I'm running with pcmdaily's db (fully updated)

I have that also in PCM 2013 (are you talking about PCM 2013? because this a PCM 2012 thread). But after the last patch is happens less often I noticed.
I was PCM Rulezz in a previous life

It also happened quite frequently to me, you should skip podium and jump directly to results page. Such crashes are also problematic because you cannot export stage results then.

Ok, I managed to find a way around this problem. I reactivated replays and after the stage is over and the replay starts rolling, just chose to go directly to results page, that rids of the crashing however I'm not sure whether podium are working.
