Wednesday: The slovenian team Adria Mobil have just announced that their previous manager wasn't really fitting good in the team, he wasn't able to give the youngers the space they need to become better.
For a moment they were thinking of stopping the sponsoring, untill they contacted Robert Heslinga, the young dutchman, they made the conclusion that he fits perfectly in the team. He gets the job!! He will start his adventure at 1 january.( not in real life time, but in game time) He already had some conversations with the media. He says he can't wait to attract new talented youngsters and to work with the Slovakian youngsters who already are in the team.
Today:
The team exists from Slovakian riders, and one from Croatia.
But he already bought a lot of improving youngsters. The team is ready for season 2007!!
Team presentation willl follow.........
Database: PCM Spain 2007

Here are the team goals:
And the riders:
First stage report will probably be tonight, or else it will be tomorrow
As you can see, I bought a lot of riders, the oldest rider I bought is 23.
There was an amount of 60.000 for salary free, so I could sign a lot of free riders.

We brought Stybar and Robert Kiserlovski for a top10 place, but mainly it's a race to increase their form.
The favourites for todays race:
There was a big fight for being in the right breakaway, but finally two guys managed to get away:
Kiserlovski tries his luck as he's riding away from the peloton:
There are only 2 guys in front of Kiserlovski, Halgand en Lefevre.
Halgand takes the victory, Kiserlovski just got caught by the peloton, Stybar also was in a good position, but he started to drink.
Robert Kiserlovski takes 8th place, while Stybar took 17th.

Because of the forum problems, etoile de besseges and tour de mediterreanen aren't posted.
Simon Spilak won the Etoile de Besseges! He took two brilliant solo victories and claimed the overall gc.
I'm currently in tour de mediterreanen.

Trofeo di Laigueglia:
Today's favourites:
Today's Breakaway:
The peloton reaches te final climb, the breakaway still has a 2'20 minutes lead:
Di Luca and Astarloa attack, many will follow:
Only Di Luca in front now:
This is the situation, Di Luca got caught, Mazzanti in front now, Gesink and Pellizotti follow, after them it's Spilak creating a huge tempo....
The situation is still the same, many riders are trying to follow Spilak, including Cunego and DiLuca, but noone is able to follow him, Spilak almost reaches Pellizotti and Gesink, Mazzanti will take the win.
It's Mazzanti who takes the win, the sprinting peloton almost reached Spilak again, as he's not a good sprinter, but he took a great 2nd place!
Result:
The 20-year old Spilak won the Etoile de Besseges, and now got 2nd in Trofeo Laigueglia, what means he's the continental leader at the moment!!

The story was out for a while, that was because I was riding the whole season 2007, but reporting every race would take to much time, now I'm promoted to the ProTour
And I will continue my reporting in the season 2008.
You could say the promotion is mainly the work from 2 riders: Jure Kojcan and Simon Spilak, something like 75% of my points was from them. For the next season only a few riders will be kept in the team, because the rest Dissapointed me/ Got a very nice bid which I couldn't refuse. Because of the many sold riders, there wil be a huge amount of money to get new riders.
Adria Mobil won't be the sponsor in 2008, they've announced that it would cost them to much to sponsor a ProTour team, and they didn't have the money, Conversations with new sponsors are busy at the moment. Mainly with huge companies.
I think the first report will be for something like Friday because I'm very busy with school atm. I will only report the bigger continental races and the ProTour races.

The Motorola-Lexus team for 2008:
Team presentation:
Don’t think, how is he ever possible to buy all these good players, almost all are Last Minute Transfers, so the players were very cheap, and all the big guns didn’t have a team for next year, so I didn’t have to pay a fee.
Team Leaders:
Oscar Pereiro
Oscar Will be our Team leader in the Tour de France and in the Vuelta a Espana.
If he will be able to climb up with the best, he could make the difference in the TT’s.
Oscar didn’t had a team for 2008, but at the last moment, Team Motorola contacted him, and for no fee, and the half of his normal wages he joined Team Motorola!!!
Juan Antonio Flecha:
Flecha will be our leader in the Cobbled Races, he’s also a good man to lead sprint trains and he’s also a good fighter, he’s a good person to hae in a breakaway.
He also didn’t have a team, so Team Motorola contacted him and for only 30.000 each month, he’ll be an important guy for Team Motorola!!
Rebellin:
Rebellin will lead the team in the Hilly classics.
He’s getting a bit old, and he didn;t have a team for 2008 , due these factors, he joined the team for a very little amount of money, Davide told me he wasn’t into the money, but he wants 1 or 2 good seasons and a Team that could help him to get victories in at least two ProTour classisc this season.
Fran Ventoso:
Fran is our man for the sprints, he’s also the World Champion this year, he had a very good season, so he developed into a very good sprinter, who won’t be afraid of some hills.
He hopes to end high in Milaan-San Remo, but he also wants to win the sprinters jersey in the Vuelta.
Co-Leaders:
Robert Gesink:
This Young gun is a very good climber, he will be our Top Man for the Giro d’Italia.
Aleksandr Pliuschin:
He turns out tob e a real good All Rounder, he’s good in Mountains and Hills, his TT’s arent weak either and he also isn’t bad at cobbles at all.
Because of his many specialties, he’s a Co-Leader.
Bernard Kohl:
This good climber will be used in Smaller ProTour races, F.E. Tour de Suisse.
Cyril Dessel:
Also a good climber, it’s the same story as Kohl.
Luxury Talents/ Luxury Team Mates
Geraint Thomas:
This Young Brit is a real talent on Cobbles, he’s also a good Flat Rider, he will get a lot of space to become a real star.
Rigoberto Uran:
This Colombian is a Devil in the Mountains, he also will be given enough space to become better.
Edvald Boasson Hagen:
This Norwegian guy is also a great All Rounder, he will also get enough space to become better.
Simon Spilak:
The same story as Uran, he’s good at Mountains and Hills.
Kenny van Hummel:
This Dutch guy is a pretty good sprinter, he will aim for bigger Continental races and the small pro tour races.
Intxausti:
A Young climber, we will see if he turns out to be a good one.
Kojcan:
Actually the same story as Van Hummel.
Lars Boom:
A Young and talented TT rider, and TT’ing isn’t his only speciality.
Team Mates:
Bram Tankink
Pablo Lastras
Amets Txurruka
Sebastian Langeveld
Ondrej Sosenka
Tomasz Nose
Marko Kump
Danny Pate
Taylor Phinney
