Ladder Crash

Hey guys

I have a huge problem.

Few days ago I clicked on multiplayer and then on the button "ladder".

After that the game crashed.
I thought "Ok nothing big"

Then I tried to launch the game but after a short sequence where i can hear music and see a black screen the game crashed.
I tried to re-install the game but it didn't help.

I don't know what to do

Your help would be great
