The team will be with you in a few minutes. Initially, I as team manager would like to talk to you about project ”The new dawn”.
The new dawn is our awnser to Oricas backstage pass. The biggest part of it is to make cycling the biggest sport on earth.
It’s an ambitious goal but if we work hard enough we know we can make it.
The second part is for all our riders to gain motivation. With this another light will shine on them.
But now let me introduce the Movistar team for the 2013 season. Give a big big big hand to Movistar team!
Leaders
Our main leader for the 2013 season is Alejandro Valverde . I don’t know another rider who is so good in Mountains but still can sprint extremely good and has an okay TT as well.
Alejandro’s main goals for the coming season is the Ardennes classics and the Vuelta.
The youngster Nairo Quintana is just getting better and better. He is now so good that we feel he can lead us in a GT. He can climb better than anyone in his yeargroup.
He will be aiming for the Giro with hope of a stage win and a top 10.
The last leader is Rui Costa . Thanks to his fantastic win in the Tour de Suisse, we think he can lead the team in the Tour. He took a stage-win there last year which we hope he can do again.

Beñat Intxausti . Great rider who will assist Quintana in the Giro.
Giovanni Visconti . The greatest fighter of the team.
JJ Rojas our best sprinter.

Great start in Australia Daggen. By the way will Costa be strong enough to lead TDF for GC, or do you plan on getting a stage and maybe top 10. Will Valverde do only 1 GT? I love it that Quintan is leading the Giro I hopehe can top 5 maybe? Then help Valverde in La Vuelta, again good luck.
