Not possible to rest riders anymore?? :O

In the previous games it used to be possible to rest riders by sendeing them to a "training-camp" called leisure or something, if memory serves... anyway, it was possible to rest riders in the middle of the season. Is this possibility taken away in pcm 13? I can't find any option anywhere to rest. It makes sense to rest some of my riders now that the first part of the season is over and the spring classics are done. But funny thing, while on the loading screens before a race, the tooltip-bar actually claims it is possible to rest riders, or specifically it says it is possible to offer/suggest rest to the riders. I can't find any such options anywhere.
So if it is at all possible still, I'd appreciate some directions  |

It still is the exact same process.

Then why is there no option to rest on the Traning-camp map? Coz that's where it was before. I've checked time and time again, its not there :/ |

There is. They must have been removed! My mistake, as before the patch they were there.

I was never sure what the leisure camps did. I thought you can restore the morale but not the fatigue. But I am sure you couldn't rest your riders (meaning the training effort as assigned in the fitness schedule didn't change).
But in regard of the new fitness system and morale/happiness system, the leisure camps could have been totally pointless now. |

I was thinking the same thing, been trying to look for the training camp as suggested from tool tip. Just recently completed TDF and preparing for Vuelta. Some of my riders listed as tired even with less than 50 races and complains not getting enough race. I just wondering if it will affect their performance if i bring the tired riders to the grand tour. |
