I lost my activations

Due to persistent break downs of the PC, meaning I had to retrieve an old version of my PC to a time where it worked, I lost my activations. For some reason PCM asks me to activate the license every time, even though the game is already installed and my save-games are there.

So now I've lost 3 activations for no reason. Can you get these back.

Yes if you write to cyainde/Focus and ask for new you get new.

Thank you, then I won't have to worry about that. Will try and get a new graphic card then.
