Is there difference in the game, in which bike, helmet and wheel your rider is on your rider in the race, does it have any influence on the performance? |

Yes. If you enter new values into STA_equipment_deltacharacters, you can make equipment actually have an affect on FL, MO, and TT.

Yes, editors have to be used to edit the database. But I would wait before editing until anybody confirms that equipment actually makes a difference.

Cant you just make them all available for 0$ (or what the valuta is) so you can have the opportunity to get the perfect time-trial bike from the start of the season... |

At least in previous games it was the other way around: Equipment had different stats but the stats had not influence in gameplay.
Equipment stats do nothing at their base. Like I stated, the highest deltacharacter enhancement is +0.35 to whatever category. In PCM12, I made most DBs max out at +2.5. So far, I have PCM13s set to +1.75.

What for? Editing riders attrib is easier. Give them all +2 to TT. Or 5. Or 10.
Or finally set all to 85. This will be fun! |

So does this mean all the money I've spent (Although in overall terms not a huge amount) has been worthless as the staring bikes do just as well as the more expensive bikes? |
