Well I tried to make a sprint train several times, I have read the game guide, where they try to explain how to make the train. But I am apparently very stupid to make it work, so is there anyone who can explain how to make it work in a detailed way, so I guy like me can understand
There are very detailed instructions. Maybe it would be easier for us to help you if you would tell us where you struggle and/or what is not working as in the guide.

Well, I played with Radioshack and i want a train with 3men in about 15km from the finish line.
J. Voigt --> T. Gallopin --> H. Roulston. Is my riders I want to use in the particular race. But how do I get Gallopin to follow Voigt (whent is on dot and about 80 in effort) and how can Roulston follow Gallopin's wheel?
And which effort is required from each rider? How do you manage to set a the train? What is your experience.....

Just have the rider you want to follow selected and then right click on the rider you want him to follow and there should be a button that when you hover over it saying "follow". Choose this one and you should be fine.
