You have to do it in the router settings.

When being in the router menu, you must look for something like port mapping or similar.
There you need to make 4 new rows.
-17851 TDP
-17852 TDP
-3033 UDP
-3034 UDP
Normally you need to make it for a specific IP.
You can find out if you go into the command window (Start->Run-> "cmd"
and there "ipconfig" and check the IPv4 or so. |

I also have this problem since PCM 12, cant find the way to open them properly even though everything seems ok.

Make sure it`s the correct IP.
Also you might want to try to add rules for the ports in the windows firewall. |

In my case the IP is the same as the IPv4, I tried switching off the firewall but it didn't help.
