Possible to adjust the game speed using Editor?

The Game speed can be changed during gameplay as we all know, from standard, through x2, x4 to x8. A very good, and necessary feature. But sometimes I really wish I could turn it down to -x2 -x4 as well, especially while climbing hard and long mountains, competing with other GC contenders and where every second gained or lost counts, or when coming into a sprint finish. I want to slow down so that I can actually HAVE THE TIME to take in the events and happenings as they unfold. Even with the lowest speed (standard) the riders just "fly" up the mountain-sides ridicilously fast, and the sprints (even more so the actual build-up to the sprints) are over in the blink of an eye.

I use Lachi's editor. Hopefully this is possible to adjust ??? And hopefully someone can tell me how to do so ? I'd be grateful.

Ideally, I would have turned standard speed down to -4 and turned x2 down -2 and x4 down to standard speed. Then I would have kept x8 as it was so I still could fast-forward whenever I wanted, just like before.

It's not possible, I think, but you can pause the game as much as you want, creating your own speed.
