Need help with a config file

Please can somebody give me the config files for 1920x1080 in fullscreen mode, because i cant click on OK/NEXT after creating a Profile into the Game.

You can change it yourself by editing the configuration file.

Click the Windows start button and type %AppData% . Open and scroll to Pro Cycling Manager 2013. Then open the Config folder where you will find Options.xml. Open it with Notepad, and you can edit resolution, among many other things.
