Did you install the patch already?
Did you try more than once?
Other than that, you need to give more info.
Did it work before?
Did you install a database?
At which point does it crash? |

Sorry for delayed answer...
I bought the game on steam and downloaded it.
I have tried 3 times now.
It havent got to play it, so no it didnt work before.
I have not installed a database (dont even know what you mean by database, in this game)
It often crashes when i start the game (so i dont get into the game), and if i get into the game, it crashes when i press "Career"
Need more information?
Ty for answering |

Ah, steam. Don't install any patches then.
What does the error message say?
Can you play other game modes?
But I guess it will be hard to find your problem.
Maybe steam related. Did you contact their support? |

The error message doesn't say anything.
Now i cant start the game, dont really understand what the problem is. I havent tried any other game mode yet.
A bit irritating, as i spent 35€ on it.
I have contacted steam support yes, havent got any answer yet.
Thank you again for your help |

I doubt that this is a know problem, which can be solved by the community.
I recommend to contact the official support or at least post in the official forum.
Edit: Thinking about it, there might be a similar problem in the previous games but I cannot remember if there ever was a solution for it. But you could try the forum search.

I feel your pain but don't blame the game. It works for 99.9% of all gamers. Must be your computer. |

There are two things you can try!
If you have the folder "mydocuments" on a seperate Harddisk the game doesnt find the database the folder "mydocuments" have to be on the systemdrive to play PCM!
Other thing i did (had the same problem):
I opened the datadase in editor and saved it in the game again!
Now it works for me!
Hope i could help you!
Sorry about my english! |
