how to choose the "real" teams when launching a multiplayer game

Hi Guys

Anyone figured out how to choose real teams when starting a friendly tour game in multi?

For example, I want to be able to choose a team (saxo tinkoff for instance) and then choose 9 riders from that specific team.... not choose random riders from different teams.

I hope this makes sense, Cyanide told that this way of playing against friends would return in this years game
