Failed to start game

So i bought the game on steam, downloaded the game. When i press play for the first time, steam comes up with a message saying "failed to start game (missing executable)."
Anyone have any ideas? |

Going to wildly guess that a file is missing. Apparently, an executable. Redownload.

If you bought the game through Steam, you have to wait for it to unlock. Check the Store page for a countdown, should be around 2 hours remaining. |

Same here, Game is unlocked. (I deleted it first, tried again installing it, same thing happens)
But, thing is, when you 'install' the game, you download an 105.2 mb file. (not enough for the game off course)
When you go to the folder (steamapps, common, pro cycling manager 2013) there is idd no executable but not even a game at all as it looks...
So I guess something is wrong with steam right? |

It should be fixed idd, download nearly done, 7.1 gb.
So after installing that the game should work. |

HI
I bought the game pro cycling manager 13 by download, however I can not play the armed mod, because the following error appears when I try to look for a race "impossible to join the game the __ ___ 01 2013 file has been modified and it does not match the file on the server"
Can you help me please?
