I just thought I would make a new thread, since there is a new game out!
In case you didn't knew, in this thread you are supposed to post all your new talents in career mode.

Found this guy in u23. I signed him after he won the first 6 six races of the u23 calender.
He's amazing. He will be the best in every stat on my team next season.

Wow, nice rider! And he's very useable because he's good at everything, especially for his age.

Not an Austrian first name, not an Austrian last name, ridiculous stats...
And completely obvious that any scouted sprinter has better resistance than all of the world's best sprinters...

Found a Belgian with a great last name. He was signed by Lotto-Belisol.
Because Belgians name their children after countries.
But I guess that isn't as bad as some Americans who name their children after a direction.

Hey, people travel. Surely a branch of the Liechtenstein family could live in Belgium.
Am also going to post this again:

In general, i would say U23 needs a healthy nerf.

Bottom of my signature, Improved YoungRiderCarac XMLs. This gives them that healthy nerf.

i just signed a crazy talent from u23, but after i deleted the mail i can´t see his stats anymore, so i can´t post, until i reach august.. but i have a question about trainees, is the only specific about this, that you get these in august? or do they have alternative things, like for instance not counting in your total allowed riders, or something? |

Here are two more great youngsters in my Garneau Career.
His sprint stat still has 4 stars left.
His stats aren't great but 5 stars left in TT and MT.

The comment is almost a month old, but what a nice talent! Looks like a new Cavendish, and maybe even better!

havent been able to match any of those regens posted in this thread, i´ve come across riders who´ve ende up becoming really good riders, but not quite as good or talentet. Well maybe one or 2 in a high amount of pcms and games.
Have you altered something to enhance the level of quality, the regens start out with and if so, how do make such a change in your career ? |
