number of young riders

Hi guys,

I got the feeling there are too many young riders turning professionals every season so I wanted to change it using Lachi's editor. Is it ok just to change the number gene_i_weight in STA_region or is necessary to change something else (e.g. the total of gene_i_weight has to be 1000...)?

And I am also quite tired from the names of young cyclists - is there some database of names which I could change?
