The release of Real name database and the DB update

How long will it approximately take after the game's release at midnight 20/6 before the REAL-NAME database is made available ? Is the RN database released by Cyanide or by users here on PCMdaily? (I know they cannot ship the RN database with the game because of lack of license-rights.)

Also, I read somewhere that Cyanide will release an update on the database that ships with the game shortly after release. One that changes riders' attributes based on recent performances in real life over recent months. They advised any who wants to play career mode to wait until this update was made available.. So is this update the one and same as the Real Name database or are they seperate?

I'm sure there are many experienced PCM players on these forums who knows how long it usually takes before the database(s) are released. Hours? Days? Will they be released here on PCM daily?

Cyanide can't provide a Real Name Database, since they didn't get a license for those teams.

Most communities will create a RN DB as soon as possible. The exact time should be announced by the creators themselves.
Inactive due to personal reasons.

On PCMFocus they release a realname database on the day of the release.
