Game crashes ! [DB2013]

Hello, I installed a new database 2013. When you run a race, it's fine, but when I play career, and after entering my name and so the whole game crashes.

Not sure anyone help me please?

The database, which I downloaded, installed according to the instructions:

Is your local.cdb compatible with the db? If not, copy the right local to the My Documents\PCM12 folder
