Game skipped a stage. All riders "withdrew".

For some reason my game skipped stage 7 of Paris-Nice.
The results say every single rider withdrew.

What's happened?


EDIT: I can play the last stage without problems. All the riders are still there.
I guess I'll just pretend the stage got cancelled...

Who's had this problem before as well?
