The first race that we ran is the Australian Championship Road Race. We sent on the breakaway Lapthorne, that was caught just a few kilometres from the finish. Then Cadel Evans won, who defeated Haussler and Sutherland.
Lapthorne finished 5th, Norris, that attacked on the last climb, finished 7th.
