Moving of a team

Free Agent Posts: 113 Joined: 23-04-2008 PCM$: 200.00	Hi... I wonder, if it is possible to move a saved game/team from PCM 2012, to the new game 2013? if its not possible, there no point in continue my saved game in 2012 but if it is possible, how do i do it, when the new game, comes?
