The second question is about hilly races. Is the there any way to break-up the peloton. Everytime I try to escape with Gilbert  in the last 20-30 km the peloton chases me down because every team has at least 3-5 riders.
The only way to break the peloton would be to have your team riding the front, hard, for most of the 2nd half of the race (and your team better also have some other good hills riders aside from Gilbert). Even then you still won't likely break up the peloton completely Gilbert will have to start to ride the front at a hard pace on all of the hills. Then go back to maintain position on the flat and downhill. I will say this still is difficult, and often you can tire your best rider out leaving the AI's best riders a free shot for the win.
